This increase will take effect on July 1, 2025.
With this revision, residential rates will increase as follows:
- Standard Residential - $17.25/month to $17.77/month ($0.52/month)
- Senior Residential - $14.67/month to $15.11/month ($0.44/month)
- Yard Waste - $7.24/month to $7.46/month ($0.22/month)
In addition to the increase in residential rates, commercial rates will also increase. Chapter 55 Section 55-4 of the City Code of Ordinances requires all commercial establishments in the city to subscribe to the sanitation service provided by the City.
