The City of Peachtree Corners, in collaboration with land use consultants from Kimley-Horn, will conduct a Community Engagement Meeting to discuss a Small Area Plan Update being considered for the Central Business District.
This meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 3rd, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and will take place in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 310 Technology Parkway in Peachtree Corners.
This initiative to develop a Small Area Plan for the Central Business District follows the City Council's enactment of a moratorium on residential and mixed-use developments in the area, which took effect on May 3rd, 2024.
The upcoming community engagement meeting will adopt an open house format to disseminate information and collect public feedback. Attendees will be welcomed by staff and the consulting team with a brief overview before walking into the open house. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and share their ideas at various stations.
