Our May Speaker is John Slemp and the topic will be “Product Photography for Special Projects, Keepsakes, and Heirlooms”! John will bring a large homemade lightbox, demonstrate how to use it, and explain how you could make a similar one. It would be a great way to photograph family heirlooms or keepsakes that you don’t have room to keep, but don’t want to lose the memory of them. John will give you tips and ideas on how you can take high quality photos of these types of memorabilia, large and small, and retain the memory without needing to keep the physical object.
