NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF CITY OF PEACHTREE CORNERS MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2025

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-285 and O.C.G.A. § 21-2-291, and all other applicable Georgia Laws, please be advised that on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, no general election will be held in the City of Peachtree Corners, Georgia to fill the expired term of Council Posts 2, 4 and 6 as there are no opposed candidates and no write-in candidate(s) who have qualified as provided by law. Each such unopposed candidate shall be deemed to have voted for him/herself.

AVISO DE CANCELACIÓN DE LAS ELECCIONES GENERALES MUNICIPALES DE LA CIUDAD DE PEACHTREE CORNERS EL MARTES, 4 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 2025

Conforme a O.C.G.A. § 21-2-285 y O.C.G.A. § 21-2-291, y todas las demás leyes aplicables de Georgia, se informa que el martes, 4 de noviembre de 2025, no se llevará a cabo ninguna elección general en la Ciudad de Peachtree Corners, Georgia, para llenar el cargo vencido de los puestos del consejo 2, 4, y 6, ya que no hay candidatos de oposición ni candidatos por escrito que hayan calificado según lo establecer la ley. Se considerará que cada candidato sin oposición ha votado por sí mismo.
