Downtown Development Authority (DDA)
The Downtown Development Authority (DDA) was created by a resolution approved by City Council on April 16, 2013.

Planning Commission
The Planning Commission is a seven-member board comprised of volunteers appointed by the City Council. Its duties and responsibilities include reviewing rezoning requests, special use permit requests and amendments to the Zoning Ordinance and making recommendations to the City Council.

Public Facilities Authority (PFA)
The Act created the City of Peachtree Corners Public Facilities Authority (PFA) for the purpose of obtaining favorable financing and funding for public buildings, facilities, equipment, and services for the citizens of the City of Peachtree Corners.

Redevelopment Authority
The Redevelopment Authority can plan, administer and implement redevelopment and community improvement projects as well as provide assistance in identifying and obtaining public funding for industrial, commercial or residential improvements or expansion projects.

Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals is a seven-member board comprised of volunteers appointed by the City Council. Its duties and responsibilities include reviewing and issuing rulings related to variance requests and appeals of administrative decisions.
