Zoning Board of Appeals

Members

Members of the Zoning Board of Appeals serve two-year, staggered terms.

Overview

The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is a seven-member board that operates under the direction of the Peachtree Corners Community Development Director and is appointed by the Peachtree Corners City Council.

The ZBA evaluates cases relating to certain variances and standards of the zoning ordinance and development regulations, as well as appeals of an administrative official. The board evaluates matters and makes a final decision based on established Peachtree Corners Zoning Ordinance criteria. Appeals to decisions of the Zoning Board of Appeals are made to Gwinnett County Superior Court.
