Overview
During the 2017 Regular Session, the Georgia General Assembly adopted the City of Peachtree Corners Public Facilities Authority Act, which the Governor signed into law on May 2, 2017. The Act created the City of Peachtree Corners Public Facilities Authority (PFA) for the purpose of obtaining favorable financing and funding for public buildings, facilities, equipment, and services for the citizens of the City of Peachtree Corners.
The PFA was established by a resolution approved by City Council on August 25, 2020 with the Mayor and Council serving as the seven-member board coinciding with his or her term on City Council.
